Description of Services

Dementia Careblazers offers the following products and services:

The Care Collective

The Care Collective is our primary membership program for family dementia caregivers. It includes access to a training library of recorded educational content, live educational calls with Dr. Natali Edmonds, facilitated support groups conducted via Zoom, and access to our member community hosted on Circle. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms for the Care Collective are governed exclusively by the Care Collective Membership Agreement at careblazers.com/membership-agreement.

The Care Collective was previously offered under the names Dementia Care Club, Care Course, and Dementia Care Course. Members who enrolled under any of these prior names are subject to the Care Collective Membership Agreement.

Live Classes and Bootcamps

Time-limited live training events offered several times per year. Examples include the Behavior Breakthroughs Bootcamp. These events have scheduled session dates and are subject to the access, refund, and no-show terms described in Section 5 of this document.

Standalone Digital Products

Workbooks, guides, checklists, and mini-training programs available for individual purchase. These are delivered digitally upon purchase and are subject to the refund terms described in Section 5.

Free Resources

Free downloadable resources such as the Dementia Survival Guide are offered at no cost in exchange for your email address. By downloading a free resource, you agree to receive email communications from Dementia Careblazers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Speaking Engagements

Dr. Natali Edmonds is available for speaking engagements on a limited basis. All speaking requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Dr. Natali's availability is not guaranteed, and submission of a request does not create a contractual obligation. Speaking fees and all terms are negotiated individually and documented in a separate speaking agreement. These Terms do not constitute or modify any speaking engagement agreement.

Media and Press

All media, press, and interview inquiries must be directed to [email protected]. Any use of Dr. Natali Edmonds's name, image, likeness, or statements in published materials requires prior written approval from Dementia Careblazers. Quotes attributed to Dr. Natali Edmonds must be submitted for approval before publication.

Partnerships and Sponsored Content

Dementia Careblazers occasionally partners with third-party brands and businesses. When we receive compensation (whether monetary, in-kind, or otherwise) in connection with promoting a product or service, we disclose that material relationship in the content in accordance with FTC guidelines. A mention of or partnership with a third-party product does not constitute an independent endorsement of that product's quality, safety, or fitness for any purpose. Dementia Careblazers does not sell third-party products and is not responsible for third-party fulfillment, quality, or customer service.

Payment Terms

By enrolling in any paid product or service, you authorize Dementia Careblazers to charge your payment method at the rate selected at the time of enrollment.

Payment and billing terms specific to the Care Collective membership, including recurring billing disclosures, subscription terms, and cancellation, are set forth in the Care Collective Membership Agreement.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or program using a payment plan, you agree to pay the initial installment to secure your participation and authorize Dementia Careblazers to automatically charge your payment method for all remaining installments on the dates specified at enrollment.

If any payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not received within that window, your access to the relevant product or program will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Suspension or cancellation of access does not release you from your remaining payment obligations.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge from Dementia Careblazers, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We will work to resolve billing questions promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all Dementia Careblazers products and services while the dispute is under review. A chargeback does not constitute a cancellation of your membership or release you from your payment obligations under these Terms.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe. The information provided as part of any transaction, including your credit card number and contact information, may be collected by both the payment processor and by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third-party processors. Please review their terms independently.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] if any dispute arises. Most concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator selected jointly in the State of Arizona, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Rules. Any arbitration will be held in Maricopa County, Arizona. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

The only remedy that may be awarded through arbitration is a full refund of payments made by you up to the date of the award. Consequential, punitive, or other damages may not be awarded.

Any arbitration must be commenced within one year of the date of the act or omission giving rise to the dispute, or it will be permanently waived.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

You and Dementia Careblazers agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Neither you nor Dementia Careblazers may participate in a class arbitration or seek to consolidate claims with those of any other person. You and Dementia Careblazers each waive the right to a jury trial for any claim subject to these Terms.

In connection with any dispute, you agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Dementia Careblazers, its programs, or its representatives. This provision does not apply to truthful statements made in the course of a legally required legal or arbitration process, to honest reviews of your experience as a consumer, or to statements protected by applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflicts of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
