In this 2-day live class, I walk you through exactly why decisions feel so impossible. And more importantly, how to make them with confidence, clarity, and without the guilt that follows you around afterward.

What we're doing together

You're facing one of the hardest parts of caregiving.

Not the physical demands, not the sleepless nights, but the decisions. The ones that keep you up at 3am. The ones your family doesn't agree with. The ones that feel impossible no matter which way you turn.

Placing your loved one. Taking away the car keys. Saying no to what they want because you know what they need.

And underneath all of it is a constant dread that whatever you choose, it won't be right. That you'll hurt someone. That the people around you will see it differently than you do.

These decisions are hard. Not because you're doing something wrong, but because you love someone and the stakes feel enormous.

Who this is for

If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.

  • You've been avoiding a decision because every option feels wrong.
  • You made a decision. And now you can't stop second-guessing it.
  • Your family doesn't agree, and their voices are louder than your own.
  • You wake up at 3am running through it again. And again.
  • You love them, and that's exactly what makes this so hard.

Your 2 days with Dr. Natali

A simple, clear path from stuck to settled.

Day 1 · Monday, June 1

Why this feels so impossible.

You'll name the decision you've been wrestling with and finally understand why it feels so hard. (Hint: it's not the decision itself. It's what you're thinking about it.) You'll identify whether your struggle comes from internal fear (the terror of making the "wrong" choice) or external pressure from people who aren't living your caregiving life every day.

Day 2 · Tuesday, June 2

How to make a decision you can stand behind.

You'll learn how to make a decision you can actually live with. Not a perfect decision. Not one everyone agrees with. One you have a good reason for, and one you can return to when the guilt and doubt inevitably creep back in.

You already know what you need to do. This class helps you trust that you can.

What you'll walk away with

By the end of Day 2, you'll know:

  • Why your brain tricks you into thinking a hard outcome means you made the wrong choice.
  • Why people on the outside of your caregiving situation will never have the information you have, and why their opinions don't get a vote.
  • The simple 3-step protocol for making any difficult decision with confidence.
  • The difference between a decision that feels hard and one that is wrong. They are not the same thing.
  • How to use your reason as an anchor when guilt shows up. Because it will.

Your teacher

Dr. Natali Edmonds, PsyD, ABPP

Board-certified geropsychologist · Former family caregiver

I've spent my career helping families navigate dementia. First as a clinician inside hospitals and care facilities, and later as a caregiver in my own family. I know the clinical side of this disease, and I know the 2am side.

The decisions you're facing right now are some of the hardest you will ever make. I built this class because I've watched too many caregivers stay stuck for months. Not because they couldn't decide, but because no one had taught them how. Let me teach you.

Questions you might have

Before you sign up.

What if I can't make it live on June 1 and 2?

You'll get full access to the replays through September 1, 2026. Watch on your schedule, as many times as you need. Many caregivers watch the replay while their loved one is napping.

What do I need to attend?

An internet connection and any device you can watch a video on. Phone, tablet, or computer. If you can watch a YouTube video right now, you're already set up.

Why does it cost $7?

$7 makes sure the people who join are serious about doing the work. But it's low enough that financial strain shouldn't keep anyone out. If $7 is a hardship, please email us at [email protected] and we'll get you in.

Is this a group call where I have to talk?

No. You can listen and learn quietly. There's an optional Q&A at the end of each session, but participation is never required. Many of our caregivers attend with the camera off while folding laundry.

Will this replace my doctor or my loved one's care team?

No. This class is educational support, not medical advice. It does not replace your healthcare provider. Always consult your own and your loved one's care team for medical questions.

Are refunds available?

Because of the nature of this product, $7 purchases are non-refundable. But if anything goes wrong, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Save your seat
